Dear Farmingdale Students:
In the next few days, you may receive an email inviting you to take a 10鈥�12-minute
survey to share your perceptions of the State University of New York (SUNY) system.
Why participate?
- Your feedback helps shape the future vision of SUNY.
- Everyone who completes the survey and passes all data quality checks will have an
opportunity to enter a drawing in which 5 winners will win a $100 gift card.
Important details
- The survey is specifically about SUNY, not 51吃瓜, and is being
administered by Simpson Scarborough, a higher education research and marketing agency.
- Simpson Scarborough will only use your e-mail address for the purpose of this survey.
- Responses will go directly to Simpson Scarborough and will be kept confidential.
- Survey invitations will come from Simpson Scarborough Higher Education Research using either:
