An email has been sent to you with the subject "Thank you for applying to Farmingdale State College" and includes a temporary PIN and instructions that you can use to sign in. If you did not receive the email, click "Forget Your Password?" and enter your email address to receive a new PIN.

Due to the high volume of applications and inquiries for the Nursing and Dental Hygiene
programs, we are unable to offer in-person or one-on-one advising. Instead, we offer
Information Sessions that provide everything you need to know about the application
process, including admission requirements, prerequisites, deadlines, and more. These
sessions are the best way to get accurate, up-to-date guidance and support as you
prepare to apply.
The Nursing Information Brochure and Dental Hygiene Requirements Sheet are available as helpful resources but are not a substitute for attending an Information
Session.
