Depression Awareness
Each year, approximately 20% of college students experience depression. These students feel lonely, homesick, feel pressure to succeed academically, may be worried about their finances, or abuse drugs or alcohol. Depression can negatively impact your academics and your well-being. Many students with depression never get the professional help that they need. If you are experiencing signs of depression (sadness, lack of interest in usual activities, etc.), visit CMHS' table in the lobby of the Campus Center: take a freer depression screening, receive some information, and get the hellp you need.
