Peer Mentorship Network
What is the RAM2RAM Peer Mentorship Network?
The RAM2RAM Peer Mentorship Network is a mentorship program designed to tap into the existing knowledge, skill, and experience of upper-division scholars with the opportunity to share their experience, skills and wisdom with first-year students. This program was created to provide insight on the FSC community, career and educational development through peer-to-peer connection. The peer-to-peer model emboldens students to collaborate, make powerful connections, and develop leadership skills within the FSC and RAM communities.
