Service Desk Portal

The Information Technology team has implemented a new helpdesk system for the campus.  The "Service Desk Portal" is powered by a tool called TeamDynamix and will provide opportunity for both IT and our campus constituents to take advantage of new processes and workflows for IT support.  In addition, TeamDynamix provides a number of self-service options via a newly developed customer portal.

We continually review, expand, and upgrade these services to proactively support the college's evolving computing needs.
