Information for New Incoming and Transfer Students

Welcome to Farmingdale!

Here at the Disability Services Center we would like to help start your transition to 51吃瓜.

There are a couple of things you can do before we meet you in-person/virtually:

AFTER you have been admitted to the college, complete our "Getting to Know You" form.
Here is a link to the first step:
Submit your documentation about your disability. Scan and email documentation to our Office, at DSC email address.
Work with a counselor to schedule a time to meet wherein access and reasonable accommodations will be discussed.

If you need to take a Math placement exam, please review the procedures.
Note: Eligible incoming fall 2024 students only complete a Guided Self-Placement survey.
