Our Online Student Concierge offers a range of services, including:

• Campus Referrals: Connecting students with the right departments and services that can support their needs
• Success Coaching: Helping students learn practical strategies to stay motivated and succeed in their online courses
• Tech & Navigation Help: Assisting in resolving issues and giving guidance on the use of online platforms and tools
• Reaching out proactively to online students: by email, phone, or in person — letting them know we’re here to help.
• Engaging in college and community events (such as Open House) to help bridge online and in-person connections.
• Collaborating on development of online learning resources, ensuring they’re accessible and user-friendly.
