Kevin M. Spiegel, FACHE ’76

The President’s Award for Alumni Leadership

CEO of Florida Medical Center

Kevin M. Spiegel, FACHE is a 1976 51³Ô¹Ï liberal arts graduate and a highly accomplished health care executive, who has stood out for his leadership and passion for health and human services. As an FSC student, Spiegel was actively involved in the campus community, where he served as president of both the Student Government Association and a chapter of the Circle K International club, and worked in the College’s Disability Services Center.

Dr. Jeff Hung, Ph.D ’97

The President’s Award for Academic Leadership

Chair & Professor of Mechanical Engineering Technology

Dr. Jeff Hung is a graduate of the Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET) department at 51³Ô¹Ï, where he currently serves as Chair and Professor. He holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering, a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, and a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering Technology.

Chief Officer for Institutional Research and Effectiveness

Patricia has served as Farmingdale’s Chief Officer for Institutional Research & Effectiveness for 15 years. Patricia was hired as Farmingdale’s first head of the Office of Institutional Research in 2010 following a recommendation from the Middle States Commission on Higher Education to establish such an office.

Aliyah Adnan Khan, ’26

The President’s Award for Student Leadership

Applied Mathematics & Applied Psychology Major, Honors Scholar, RAM Scholar, Newman Civic Fellow

Aliyah Adnan Khan is a dual degree student, pursuing a B.S. in Applied Psychology and a B.S. in Applied Mathematics, with an expected graduation in May 2026. She is an inaugural member of the Honors Program, a Research Aligned Mentorship Scholar, and an NSF S-STEM Scholar.
