Lukas Miedreich joined the Office of Student Activities (OSA) in 2017 as the Coordinator of Fraternity and Sorority Life. He now serves as the Director of Student Activities support student organizations, campus programing and Greek Life. He holds a M.S. Ed. In Higher Education Leadership and Policy Studies.

Michael Nembhard is the Acting Dean of Students and Director of Residence Life at 51³Ô¹Ï. In this role, he provides leadership and oversight for the Dean of Students Office, Residence Life, Title IX, and Student Conduct. Michael holds a Master of Science in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration from SUNY Buffalo.

With a robust career spanning over a decade in healthcare, Lauren currently serves as the Director at 51³Ô¹Ï State College's Health and Wellness Center. Since joining the college in 2019, Lauren has played a pivotal role in clinical operations—first as a Clinic Supervisor and now as Director — overseeing employee scheduling, medical inventory, policy development, and regulatory compliance.

Eric Farina is the Director of Veteran's Affairs at 51³Ô¹Ï. Upon graduation from Manhasset High School, he enlisted in the Army Reserve, then the Regular Army. Eric served in West Germany as a Military Policeman at the end of the Cold War. After his discharge, he returned to college and received his BA in History from CW Post.

Frank Rampello has dedicated nearly 17 years to 51³Ô¹Ï, focusing his career on fostering a healthy, supportive, and inclusive campus environment. Frank previously served as the Dean of Students (more career info here). He holds a master's in liberal studies from Queens College.

Kelsey Russell is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and the Director of the Disability Services Center at 51³Ô¹Ï. A dedicated professional at the college since 2017 and overseeing the Disability Services Center since 2021, Kelsey is dedicated to empowering students.

Shaun Fean joined the 51³Ô¹Ï staff in November of 2021 as the Director of Campus Recreation.
Prior to joining FSC, he served as the Director of Campus Recreation at St. John’s University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, he spent the previous 11 years working in various roles within athletics and recreation at Hofstra University.
